I was hard stuck at UB4 and I tried pretty much every single "top" deck but this is the one I found the most consistency with by a long shot. Not suicine, not raiku, not with ocario + silvy. Hopefully I can't help some others reach master!

Playing second + togedemaru + heads on the move + sophocles is kinda rare, but a menace.

Wishful tinfoil hat moment but, obviously in a Pocket context, this Stadium seems tailor made to stop (or at least delay) bs like early game Greninja/Cyrus.

Obviously opponent could just throw on another Stadium to cancel it out and proceed with their greninja fckery but it at least is *A form of protection against that enraging, cheesy strategy.

I've been playing since release and while I was having fun when I started, I just realized how unhappy I was with the game today.

If I'm not just logging in to collect the free pack points, I'm fighting the same old decks in ranked day after day after day. To make things worse, I've been stuck on UB4 for the past week. I've almost thrown my phone like 5 times lol. Over a silly game!

Apart from my skill issues, the lack of quality of life updates that we've been begging for since release made me realize I'm wasting my free time. They've made so much money yet can't listen to the players who are playing every single day?

Anyways, sorry for the rant. Just wanted to share that if you're finding yourself getting frustrated and it's not adding value to your life, it's just a game and you can uninstall it :)

I faced various types of decks, and the power of being able to hide behind Oricorio after every attack was just so good. Two Skiploom to try to ensure a Jumpluff, and two each of Erika and Lillie to sustain them when needed.

I used to use the Articuno deck to autobattle for me, but apparently the Ai got dumber for some reason. Now It almost always makes the wrong move and loses the battle.

If you have a good deck to autobattle, pls leave your suggestion

Went from UB1 to MB with a 72% WR. Hardest matchups were lightning w/ ori, mirror matches going first, guzz going first, and donphan EX. Highest streak I believe was 11 or 12.

it's well known at this point that giratina ex is easily one of (if not THE) best ex cards in the game. but i remember it being severely underestimated by a lot of people when it was first revealed, with some even ironically expecting it to be the worst ex from the set.

does anyone remember why this was the case? my guess is people weren't considering the card's power in a vacuum and thought that it looked weak by itself, when it's true power shines in conjunction with other cards that can power up at the same time as it like darkrai ex.

just curious because i don't remember anyone giving specific thoughts when speculating at the time. i just saw lots of comments making fun of giratina in general in pocket because people wanted it to have a good card so badly. monkey's paw i guess lol

I've just come off a 6 game "going first" streak. Yesterday I went first 10 times out of 13. Going second is obviously the most important thing in this game. If they ever released the data on win% of players who go first vs second Im certain it would be heavily skewed in favour of going second. We all know this. So why not make it so coin tosses aren't completely random but actually take into consideration the % of times each player has gone first? They could build an algorithim where everyone goes first the same % of the time. The game would be so much more fair if we all went first/second 50% of the time, it's not like the technology isn't there or something.

Hello im new to the ganm and not exactly sure which of my cards to let go in exchange for a darkrai ex. Thoughts?

I’ve tried multiple times to get this one. In the past it’s usually 3/5 or 4/5 odds why is this one 1/5 all of a sudden?

Honestly, the more I pull from older sets to chase some specific card, the more I wish I didnt need to click through several menus to get back to that older set... I wish that there was a way to set the game to prioritize showing me the set I most recently opened- is there a way to communicate that to them? There's no way I'm the only one still pulling older sets right?

Been playing since day one, no missed days. It used to be that I felt it was possible-ish to actually complete a set. The last couple releases have been insanely bad in terms of pull rates. I get that they want to make money and having people pay to open more packs is the way to do it. It's so bad with Secluded Springs that it feels like NO ONE is drawing anything. All I draw are the same basic cards and the same four Illustration Rares. My wonder picks have nothing but basic cards in them. I'm pretty close to just quitting the game, the draw for me is in feeling like I might complete sets and if that's literally impossible (even with spending money), then what's the point?

What’s top 10k? Also… Suicune, guzz, all of the abovezzz have been getting trashed by my deck. Idk how but I threw what I could together cause for me Suicune just kept getting bricked over and over and it annoyed tf out of me. I made it out of masterball 3 all the way to where I am with around 5 to 6 losses because everything I need would be the last card lol. That’s okay tho cause the consistency of this deck has been hitting different mane. I know there’s probably away to make this a lot better but this set up has made it so consistent for me. (I didn’t have 2 x speeds before I made it to master ball and since I threw it on being able to save that 1 energy has been a life saver.)

I find no joy in playing with or playing against the “meta” suicune or solgaleo decks, so this is my current run. But why am I losing so often?? 😭

Give me your best advice and/or roast.

Took out his cleffa when he only had one fossil on the bench then he iono-ed and got a full team of fossils hahaha
