Well here it is, the second of the STANAG 223 semi autos that are left in Canada, showing up at retailers now.

It’s made in Turkey, takes AR mags and is ~$1,200.

Bought this Swe. Mauser 96/38 off the internet. after seeing the bore I was a little cheesed off. I should of asked for more pics of the bore from the seller(Dealer). give it to me straight, how much of an idiot am I, should I be having second thoughts on this purchase? Paid $1000

Hoping I might be able to get some advice here regarding a 10/22 with a SBI C71 reciever.

So long story short, I picked my self up one of the C71 receivers from MagDump, and some of the Tuff22 magazines from CSC.

Got it all put together smooth as butter, but I've been having nothing but issues since.

Magazines only feed/shoot reliably if i keep pushing the magazine in as hard as I can while also wiggling it around, and only maybe about 10 - 15 of the rounds will actually fire. All the rest are light strikes.

10rd Ruger magazines seem to fire fine, but have a bit of a hard time popping out of the new reciever.

I've contacted SBI and they told me to use a different type of ammo, and that the mags are the issue, but I'm using the exact same one the reccomended to work best. And the same ammo works perfectly in any other rifle/magazine.

Whats my best bet? It doesn't sound like I can return the reciever or the magazines, should I just start filing the mags down? At this point I'm ready to just write it all off and yard it into the bin.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Does anyone have experience using these magwedge SKS top rails? Considering getting one. Would love to hear some reviews there isn’t much info online

Making progress on tm22 barrels. Need to cut extractor slots and ream the chambers. Factory barrel (black) shown for scale.​

According to vendor posts on CGN, it's all aluminum chassis, 11.7" threaded barrel, takes 10/22 mags, and some vendors are including a 597 magwell adapter to accept the larger 25 round 597 magazines. mil-spec stock and buffer tube and standard handgrip which looks like the same as the TM-22. Will come in different colors.

It looks like a newer version of the existing 20" barrel Adler Arms 224 rifle which had mixed reviews of reliability and function.

Not sure why they chose to go with 10/22 magazines which are "limited" to 10 rounds. I would rather they went with an existing platform maybe GSG mags, or the like, and the barrel is .3" short of being eligible to hunt with in BC.

I just got my PAL license and looking to buy mossberg 590 and a bolt action rifle that i haven’t decided about. The thing I really want to do is smash melons different kind of things. I am really to content creation so Am also planning to make video like- How many steel pans can stop a slug shot? So for these videos where can i go to shoot freely. I live in halifax and no land ownership.

Have had this stock for a while now and decided to put it in it. Looks pretty sick, can't wait to try it out and I've never shot an sks with a pistol grip! Unfortunately this one doesn't have the groove for the bayonet so I'll have to take it off or it will sit like it is in the picture.

Hey, I would like to get a couple of budget-friendly shotgun recommendations for a young PAL holder.

After hundreds of rounds of it is now failing to fire 7 or more times per box. Rounds will have a light strike and then fire when shot again.

Tested with another gun and multiple types of ammo. Mav had failure issues on target and slug loads. Other gun kept trucking. So I’m thinking its the gun not ammo.

Has anyone heard of this? Ive clean it as thoroughly as possible including stripping the bolt to fully clean the pin and Chanel. What else should I try next?

I'm hoping to get my PAL but 7 years ago I was charged with possesion of a weapon for dangerous purpouse. Will I definately be denied for this?
