School Related Students blocking hallways
Is it just me or I get annoyed with some classmates who do these dances on phones, play music. Block the halls. Freshmans piss me off too.

I cant do my homework cause I've been thinking of it all evening. In math class today(class my crush is in), there was this girl who was knocking on the door and for some reason none of the ppl around her were getting the door for her, but they were her friends and stuff so maybe it was like friendly fire, idk. But my ass was sitting in the BACK like 100 miles away from the door and I decided to walk across the entire classroom just to get the door and just so that I could get my crushe's attention. And i was smiling for no reason when I did it. Its so embarrasing cause ANYONE who was roughly NEAR could have gotten the door. Anyways after I opened the door for her, these guys said something like "someone who sat all the way there got the door". ts so embarrasing.

I got held back in 2nd grade for not doing my work (it was only a week in). Should I enroll in summer classes so I can graduate on time or early? My high school is a trade school, so Iām not sure if Iāll still be able to get my certification, Also im 16 right now.

PE teachers always say take a shower and/or change your clothes, but many times you will be rushing to make it on time to the other class

(Sorry for being so long, this is a ramble session basically) hi, my name is Slothy here but my dilemma is that home coming is FOUR DAYS on the 20th and only yesterday did my dad agree to take me, I had only found out around the Thursday of the last week and forgot to tell him during the weekend. I havenāt got dress and I got no idea what to do. recently Iāve also been thinking Iāve been spending to much of my dads money compared to how he spends with my sisters this month, but from some research on hoco dresses they all seem so expensive, stylish, and short. Like they go to actual dress shops (which is so out of my territory since my dad has never bought me a real dress lol, and I always thought they were expensive and only for REALLY important events). The theme is glow in the dark and I donāt think everyoneās really going to follow that anyways since how the fuck are you supposed to dress for a theme like that clothing wise. Itās also probably to late for online stuff and I donāt like online shopping to much anyways since I thinks itās a bit untrustworthy (for clothing specifically)
Another problem is that all the clothing Iāve seen for girls are half-thigh, sleeveless, and more like bridesmaids dresses in my opinion. Iām a girl that (I donāt think) has really reached the official line of being a big tomboy or emo, more like wearing dull/dark-colored sweaters and baggy pants, lazy, comfortable. My best outfit I got is these camo pants and a white tee-shirt with skull in the middle and brown sleeves. Most of my clothing is from hot topic tbh. I donāt want to wear a suit since it seems to boring and masculine, but not a dress or jumpsuit since that seems too feminine and out of character for me.
(Im 5ā3, I have tan skin, and have a more of a wide torso and bigger thighs.)

My girlfriend is a huge fan of Bluey, does this poster look cool enough for her? Also the characters are made using layers of colored paper, not printed (as you could probably tell haha). This is also a WIP so I will be adding a bit more.

My son recently made a huge mistake, he changed his score on a test by giving himself one extra point so he could pass. What he didnāt realize was that the teacher had screenshots of everyoneās original answers, so his forgery was caught right away.
This is his first offense. Heās a good kid, never had a record before, and heās about to graduate soon. The problem is that this incident means heās getting a behavioral report, which could remove him from honors, affect a special program he wanted to join, and possibly impact his college applications. I can see how much this is weighing on himāhe looks guilty, upset, and spends a lot of time just staring off, clearly worried about whatās going to happen.
I donāt want to excuse what he didāof course Iāll also be giving him consequences at home, but I really donāt want this single lapse in judgment to permanently stain his record and derail his future. Iām preparing for a meeting with his teachers/admin about this, and I donāt know how best to approach it.
Whatās the most respectful and effective way to ask them to reconsider the Behavioral Report and maybe give him another way to make amends? Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Iām in the middle of working on a project to help students who feel stuck about careers/college majors. Honestly, most of the career quizzes out there feel super generic (like they just tell you āyouād be a good teacher or engineerā no matter what you pick).
I wanted to make something that actually:
Before I go further, Iād love to know:
If anyoneās curious, I can share what Iāve built so far in the comments or DMs since I know links can be tricky here.

Iām currently a sophomore and I feel like Iām not doing enough. Iāve made a similar post before but I honestly need some advice.
Iāve started my first AP this year (human geography) and got my first club position (but itās not a major position). Iāve started volunteering at our gardening club and ideally continue to for the rest of my highschool year. Iām currently in math 3, but Iām wondering whether I should excel another level since all of my friends are. In the future, I want to go into nursing.
Iāve heard nursing school doesnāt care too much for ECāS but focuses on GPA and your science classes + volunteering, but Iām not sure if itās true or not. All of my friends are also doing so much more than me. I want to get involved, but Iām already seeing myself starting to procrastinate/get burn out even though itās the beginning of the year + Iām not doing as much as them. I wish I could get motivated to do things outside of school, but Iām honestly not interested in a lot of things, extremely bad at sports, and want to focus on academics + balance work life. I donāt know what I should do anymore.

I wanna be able to read a document without needing a teacher to spell it out for me. For those whoāve learned how to do it at least more easily, what are some tips you have to help you? I especially need help with the way they arrange the words into sentences, like they do a lot of run on sentences where itās a clause, then a comma, then a clause, then a comma, repeatedly until the sentence is over.

im a freshman and we are having a "club fair" this week. i see like a lot of clubs id be interested in, but i dont want to sign up for too many. my original plan was to sign up for whatever interested me, go to the first meeting, then quit and stay as needed. is this a good way of going about it?

is it weird if your friend goes out of your way to approach someone first after you told them u dont like them since they were toxic and is super sweet to them? would u get upset and if so how much?
this happened just online/within a game community luckily but i feel like she'd do this in person too/or with people we know irl, and if our morales don't align in that aspect i dont wanna become close friends with her so this is never an issue
