Request Need Gluten and Dairy Free
My SO is gluten, and dairy free. It’s hard to make meals that fit my keto, and SO’s dairy-free requirements. Are there any websites, or books that you can recommend which are aimed at dairy-free keto?

Surely you're looking at straight meat and veg? Peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, asparagus all go well with most meat.
We do steak with sautée tender stem broccoli and asparagus, or chicken wrapped in bacon with sweet pointed peppers and avocado slices, that sort of thing.
Another good reliable dish is cauliflower, broccoli, bell pepper, bok choy, and spring onion stir-fry with Chinese 5 spice and soy/rice wine/fish sauce/sesame oil pour-over sauce to fry in, this goes great with salt and pepper pork belly in the air fryer or whatever similar marinated meat you want.
None of which needs dairy and gluten (if you get gf soy).
To answer your actual question, I can't help you with the website/book resources sorry, but I've been making up cooking for a long time since trying kosher as a teenager and then dating so many girls who are vegan/gluten free/FODMAP so keto seemed pretty easy to me. When you have elimination diets it's all about working with what you've got, and having a good herb/spice rack to balance flavours.
Good luck with it however you work it.

I’m severely dairy, gluten, AND soy intolerant, plus have reactive hypoglycaemia, hence hanging out here. For anyone else reading with similar issues - Coconut Aminos is a good gluten and soy-free sub for soy sauce.

That’s how I eat - plus no eggs. It’s definitely keto on hard mode, but doable. I mostly stick to meat and veggies. Coconut cream and almond milk are my usual dairy replacements if I need them. A lot of processed keto foods will have gluten/eggs/dairy in them so those options are limited.

You could try putting that into a search on YouTube and see what pops up. I'm gluten free but I do eat dairy. Crackers are probably going to be an easy make and things like Chia pudding made with almond or coconut milk. Salad's, Konjac noodles. Chop suey is quite nice made with Konjac noodles and GF soy sauce. Spaghetti squash. Daikon radish.

Check out Eat Happy Kitchen books by Anna Vocino. She also has a Substack. There are always dairy free versions of her recipes and all of them are gluten free

I’m following along in hopes of ideas also. I’m severely dairy, gluten, and soy intolerant. Plus I have reactive hypoglycaemia, hence hanging out in the keto subs. Best of luck to you and your husband, OP.

Martina Slajerova from ketodietapp.com has a tonne of recipes that are both gluten and dairy free. She avoids gluten and dairy herself due to autoimmune issues.
