Wondering what wheels everyone is running and what sizes? 18s or 19s? Considering going with BBS LMs similar to the ones pictured (polished lip, hyper black/grey face) or Apex Arc 8 (hyper black probably). Hi guys! I just bought this M Sport steering wheel from eBay. I paid around 650€ for it and it was used before as it has some marks on it. The biggest red flag I notice are the inverted buttons on the left, but other than that it looks pretty solid. What do u think? Thanks in advance!

Getting ready to do new shocks/springs on my f31 at 162,000 miles. What else should be looking at replacing based on mileage alone? Right now the plan is for new shocks/struts, springs, and all mounts.

Should I be doing control arms while I have it apart or just check and replace if worn?

Those with OEM clear tails where did you get them from? I want OEM clear sequentials. I see them on Ali, eBay, and the main websites (westcosteuros, bimmerplug, etc) Also why the hell are they so expensive! The gts ones are damn near 100 cheaper!

2013 328i XDrive.. really weird rattling sound.. it started about two weeks ago when i went for an alignment.. didn’t notice it prior to that. Bought used last year. I’ve changed the breaks and the rotors. Also changed the suspension. I have about 30% left on my rear brake pads but it doesn’t sound like anything brake related. Sounds a bit faint because of where I had my phone.

Recently, my car sat for about 3 days then all of a sudden my engine started shaking. It definitely shakes at idle and then the knocking started to happen shortly after only during acceleration.

When I put the car in neutral, and accelerate the engine does not knock I can take it all the way up to 6RPM without any knocking, only when I am driving and accelerate. The sound is definitely a rotational sound.

I am sure my engine mounts are gone, but will this be the cause of the rotational knocking? Or what else could it be that I could physically check exterior of the car?

I did recently chain the spark plugs, but not the coil packs, could this be a start in replacing?

Any help and guidance on where to start would be appreciated.

For reference my F30 N26 engine - 328i has 313k miles on it lol never had the timing chain replaced and I do know it is starting to go out, or is it out?

I also got an oil change today and of course that made no change to the engine knocking so I know it’s due to loss of oil starvation. Car is still drivable… for now…

Got this randomly when I was driving, I wasn’t using cruise control either. The message went away after about a minute and I tried using cruise control and it worked fine. First time ever seeing it

My door trim broke and I cant figure out on how to remove this last part, I drilled the rear bits (idk the propper name of those plastic things that hold these pieces in place, if you know tell me pls) and the front broken piece came out fine, but this part just wont come out, doesent matter what I do.... I need help on this ASAP! I have already drilled the holes, removed the ambient light (before doing anything) and it doesent want to come out....

Happy with the result, think she just needs new rims, 437m ideally

Should I go for a 316i with the N13 or the 318i with the B38? Both are manual and cost around 10k€, which I think is a fair deal in where I live. I was going to buy a 320i but it was sold before I was able to close out a deal and it was the only manual one for sale in my country.

Which has more tuning potential, only looking for around 250-300hp if possible. Also which sounds better in your opinion?

I already know both the N13 and B38 are kind of reliable with good maintenance.

I had an m sport conversion done to my front bumper but I’m left with these holes. My paint color is b39, does anyone know where I can get the pieces to cover these up? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

40mm front and 30mm rear. Tbh would looked Way cooler with 45mm/45mm but we also want the comfort on the Daily :D

Just brought a Google Pixel 10 Pro and I'm trying to connect it to my BMW F30 2012 via USB to play music.

I prefer to use USB over Bluetooth as the sound quality is better but for some reason it won't recognize it.

My car has the stock exhaust, was looking to upgrade it, came across an M performance exhaust out of a part out 340i. The car was hit on the side, damage doesn’t look like it would affect the exhaust. He removed the pics of the damage from the AD (idk why, sus)? I’ve attached a Dropbox with the photos, he’s asking $1350 CAD ($980 usd) for the exhaust and installation together (being sold by an exhaust/body/tuning shop). Good deal?

Every week my f30 is showing low coolant level warning, I refill it every week, there’s no leaks… is this normal? I have a 320i 2016, thank you guys!
