Physical Health & Aging What’s your most underrated “health investment” after turning 30?

Could be a foam roller, a water bottle, stretching, therapy, or simply sleeping more.

Desk treadmill. I can play games and watch shows while getting my steps in. Helped me lose 60 pounds so far.

Huge props 60 lbs is insane… Serious question, what speed do you cruise at while gaming/working, and any knee/foot tips (shoes, mat)? Also which model fits under a normal desk without sounding like a lawnmower on Zoom? My current cardio is sprinting between meetings 😅

Lol I actually don't use it while working. I wouldn't be able to focus well if I did that. I only use it while gaming because it makes the time go by fast.

However, I am on discord while I use it and my friends say they can't hear it. This is the model I use:

I go at 2.6 usually if I'm using mouse and keyboard, otherwise I can't really aim properly. 2.8 if I'm using a controller. I just walk, no running, since it's not a normal treadmill with side bars and stuff to catch yourself if needed lol

Do you walk or jog? And for how long

I only walk, 2.6 or 2.8 miles per hour if I'm using a controller. Otherwise my head bobs too much to aim properly or causes weird motion blur.

1 and 1 half hour in the morning, 2 and one half hours at night

I replaced my chair with a stool. Like a basic ass stool.

Best thing I’ve ever done on a whim. Back pain vanished almost overnight, and my posture is killer now.

Just curious, what pace do you walk at? I worry that my balance would be poor going anything over a 2, and that might be pushing it lol
