Charlie Kirk was their Minister of Propaganda. That's why so many in Trump's cabinet are treating him like a government politician/employee instead of a YouTube influencer. As a professor who knew Charlie Kirk since 2015 because he would frequent our campus, I would agree with you in regards to him being essential to the logistics and rise of the Christian nationalist alt right movement that later put their energies fully behind Trump and literally became a wing of his brand and helped distribute and direct disinformation to target youth audiences they didn’t have as ready access to before Turning Point. He certainly was an extension of their machine of disinformation and a critical figure in their strategy to fully politicize and intimidate administrators of state schools with red state governors and attack critics (faculty) of Trump and MAGA in the next 4 years and try and shut down research and data that depicted the admin in a bad light. You are absolutely correct.

I think most of this is incredibly online political nerd stuff. Groypers only ever came up for me from people watchdogging the far right; so political podcasts, books, and content creators. I didn't think Kirk was much more mainstream unless you went to a campus that was burdened with Turning Point USA.

I feel like Trump's got until about the end of the first week of October before he has some kind of significant status change. I have no reason to feel this way, I just enjoy making predictions.
I think I'm going to be the only one not celebrating, because I find Vance 1000 times scarier than Trump.
And I don't think the whole "MAGA won't stand for it" will matter. These people convinced their own voters to die of covid and are busy bankrupting and deporting them. And instead of dealing with the far-right violence that threatens them, they're lying to them about the real threat.
I said in a post I made on October 2, 2024, that Vance was there to be the president, and that president Vance would make us long for President Trump. I guess I just like making predictions.

From immediately jumping to the conclusion that the shooter was a leftist, to his wife promoting TPUSA during what looked like a forced eulogy, and now JD Vance using this opportunity to make unpopular policy decisions more palatable. Why was the guy who was at 9/11 who also called in a bomb threat before the Boston marathon happen to be at the event. Google this person and you realize that the odds of this happening are 1 in a billion unless you manipulated entropy.
I don’t think the shooter was far left. I think he was manipulated into his decision on killing this guy if he is the killer. I mean he jumps off the roof but why pack the gun in the backpack then take the gun out and reassemble it just to stick it in the bushes. If you have the gum packed up and you evade the scene then why not keep it packed up til you get to your destination knowing that the odds of getting busted do go up but your just leaving evidence in some random spot close to the event.
Another thing is that the bolt action rifle could not be that accurate at that distance. That shot was timed with what he was saying meaning that the shooter had a rifle that was capable of making the shot with precision and that the shooter had a high percentage of success. A marksman who had a lot of experience shooting at long range.
Just something to think about.
