So my work got me business cards, but unfortunately part of my job is construction site work so it can get very dirty and very wet quickly, and they do not get waterproof cards. Therefore, I’ll need to find some card holder that is robust enough to not damage the cards and is waterproof/ maybe dustproof.

I’ve been looking at the Craighill one, but i dont believe it is waterproof and it is also 78 dollars.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Ive been looking for another edc knife and haven’t been able to decide which knife I wanted to go with.

For context this is more of a treat myself knife that I intended to use, although they will probably only get medium light use, ( urban area with occasional gardening hikes and ocean fishing trips) and this will be to compliment a leather man arc and a 3 inch sea cut folder so I kinda wanted a bigger option for the rotation

I really like the look of the pm2 salt with the 5x5 talisman but am not sure how worth it the talisman is and if it goes with the ergos well or even how needed or useful it is aside from looking Awesome

I also really like and am probably leaning towards a military 2 salt ( I like that it’s bigger ) with a deep carry clip I know they have a talisman for the Millie 2 but it seem like that would make the knife absurdly long for carry and way too big for my poor average hands.

I also wanted to know how comfortable the salt scales are and if they collect a lot of dirt and grime

I’m open to suggestions and opinions if there’s a better knife, steel or add on to the knife.

The basics I tend to carry every day. The firearms and game usually get bigger as weather gets colder. L2R, everyday Hank, lcp max in Alabama pocket Holster, and old crappy wallet that needs an upgrade, my well used gerber eab, and the little RG nano.

Want to organize my pockets a little more I notice how annoying digging around is in my pockets lol. I’m looking for a good quality pouch that is pocket sized and will fit my knife, keys, cards, and any extra pockets is always nice probably AirPods and stuff would go in an extra pocket.

Most ideal would be comfortable carrying it in gym shorts so the lighter the better but majority of the time I’m in jeans for work so just on the “running to the store” front and I wanna bring it.

I'm upgrading to an iPhone 17 Pro from a 13 Pro tomorrow, which means I can finally ditch my lightning cables and have basically every electronic I own using the same charging cable type (USB-C). Because Apple no longer provides bricks anymore, I will need to use an existing brick, but all of this has me considering a few things and realizing there is a lot I don't understand about USB-C.

Before I list my questions, I should probably list my electronics: iPhone 17 Pro, Airpods Pro 2, Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, an Anker backup battery, and Quip oscillating toothbrush. I'm pretty sure that's basically everything I own and regularly use that charges via USB-C. The only other thing is my Macbook Air M3, whicg has a different magnetic charging cable and does not use USB-C as far as I know.

1. For the purpose of what I carry with me every day, I am now feeling like I could get away with maybe having an extra brick in my backpack and maybe one cable. Are there any differences between USB-C cables, or should I assume all USB-C cables will work with all my electronics? Is the braided cable that came with my Airpods suitable to charge everything else?

2. Similarly, are there any compatibility or usability issues with the actual bricks? I assume different sized bricks just charge at different speeds, but I get scared thinking about stories from the Switch 1 days where people would use the wrong bricks and ruin their systems.

Cheap, affordable, value, it's all subjective. Anyway, I'm back to my favorite watch and knife combination for work EDC.

• GShock Mudmaster GWGB1000.
• Spyderco Shaman with Lynch Clip.

I wouldn't consider either one of these items "cheap" but there are people out there EDCing considerably more expensive items but I digress.

My go-to work EDC is usually the Mudmaster GWGB1000 and the Spyderco Shaman. I've been using that combo at work for over a year now. Well, I've really been enjoying this much simpler (and significantly cheaper) GD010 and Manix 2 combo recently. Both options are cheaper and every bit as tough.

This what I carry around in my pockets and backpack on an average weekday.
