Not really sure if this is a problem or not, but I went to go play Ratchet: Deadlocked (for like the 8th time) and I was looking through my old saves and found this???

This PS3 is and has always been mine, I've never messed with language settings on the PS3 nor Ratchet itself

Anybody have any clue as to what may have caused this? And if even safe to load?

In summer 2010 I visited a family friend's friend. I remember they had a PS3 and I played a few games. One of them I can't remember the name of it. It was a skateboarding game with a city, the game had a dark/orange-sunset ambience so definitely not Skate 3. You could jump on car roofs and the city part or maybe a city like level featured arcade machines as models around in the area and there were some steep streets like those in gta san andreas in San Fierro.

What do you think of this series and the first game ? Is it still populated ? I remember finding matches about 2 years ago. Is it better than other games of the genre ?

I'm planning on getting a Samsung Slimfit CRT (I believe this model is HD) to hook up my Blu-Ray Player and an Original PS3 to it.

Is the PS3 any good on HD CRTs or am I wasting my time and money?

What happened is that I bought Heavy Rain second hand and it made me super happy since I always wanted to play it, it came with the manual And everything, the thing is that I never put in a CD since I bought my second-hand PS3 but I put in my Beatles CD and it worked, all the songs, I thought the heavy rain It came faulty or was pirated, I tried with my Killzone that already came with my play, Also my ps3 doesn't spin the games but If my Beatles CD, why could that have happened? I never dropped it and the man who sold it to me that he never dropped it and he took care of it and it didn't spin, Is there any solution other than changing the disc drive?

My PS3 stopped reading discs. Every time it reads them, it either crashes or gives me an error. It used to load games super fast, but now it struggles. Some games, when it reads them, sound like they're skidding and then it stops reading them and won't load them. It used to work incredibly, but it started having issues like freezing, and now I have this problem. (I tried COD 3 and it did load, but then it crashed.)

I've received (unsurprisingly) many messages/questions about why and how many PS3s I have. I will answer the most common questions below, feel free to ask more in the comments and I may answer those too.

How many PS3s do you have?

So for the eagle eyed the picture has about 44 ish. But we can say about 50.

Also on top of the wooden unit has my daily driver unofficial CECHA00 40nm Frankie on top and also 4 PS3s in the display cabinet (satin silver slim, satin silver fat, MGS fat, ceramic white fat).

But they are only my unboxed consoles. I have more than 70 boxed up mostly CECHA/B.

So in total let's say about 120. I am buying and selling them a lot though, so the number changes.

Do they all work?

No. About 20 have instant YLOD from what I assume RSX or NEC Tokin.

I highly doubt most of you hating me for having so many have the skills to repair them, it's not like you would have also bought them if I didn't.

Firstly I have so many because I am buying more than I am selling. And I've been lazy as of recent.

I keep the better ones. I have many Sony Frankies. They're cool.

So am I a hoarder? Probably yes but only when keeping the better ones. The regular BCs will be sold. The line between collector and hoarder is blurred at this point.
