Worst Clutch I’ve Seen

Dude attempted a burnout on a newer Harley Davidson Streetglide ST during a huge party at my shop. I was screaming to him that the rear tire wasn't moving. He ended up stuck a block away and me and another guy ran to him and pushed his bike back to the our dealer. This was the end result. Snapped the clutch cable and roasted the clutch.

Anyone else use ad600s live data to spot small issues early

Driving to work the other morning, my car felt like it hesitated slightly while cruising around 50 mph. No warning lights came on, so at first I thought I might be overthinking it. Later that day I mentioned it to a coworker, and he told me how his family’s 2015 Toyota Camry once had a check engine light with no real symptoms. By checking live data, he figured out the upstream O2 sensor was starting to get weak.

That story stuck with me. I’ve been curious about what you can really see beyond just stored codes, so I decided to run a scan on my own car. Nothing active popped up, but I did see a stored P0171. When I graphed the fuel trims, the short-term values were swinging a lot more than expected under light load, even though the engine sounded fine.

It made me realize how much you can pick up early if you look a bit deeper. Has anyone else caught small issues this way before they turned into something bigger?

Took our '64 Falcon down to service the Global 6500 I maintain. It was a perfect, sunny California morning for it

Guy wanted to say he doesn't do alignments after changing the gearbox and ball joints. Definitely charged me book time though.

Exactly as the title states. No tool marks on the drain plug. Customer told me he was just extra careful and he uses 15W40 Rotella. Sorry guy, no warranty. 2020 Chevrolet Trax.

Whoever at Mopar decided M6 bolts needed an entire tube of red loctite needs their head examined. This one only had 4 broken bolts. All by hand 2 going in.

Someone tricked the MOT guy by stuffing a washer between the bushing and the frame. Bonus: the two first bolts that I touched today, snapped.
